The Crystal Ballroom & Somerville Theater:
Located steps away from the Davis Square T Station! Somerville Theater has been in business since ___. It has a large main room for events/ productions that seat up to 900 Patrons. You can expect the updated yet tastefully vintage lobby to provide you with fun snacks and a small bar that serves, beer and wine. This main stage room is the home of the iconic yearly burlesque Christmas production The Slutcracker- and was also home to the campy horror production Slaughterhouse Movie Club- where, you guessed it, the theater would project older classic horror movies with a pre show Draglesque revue!
Crystal Ballroom is attached, owned and operated by it's sister above and was newly gutted and renovated during the shutdown of 2020. With its state of the art sound system, lighting, full backstage, two full bars, and custom seating options; it houses music events, club nights, Draglesque entertainment and private events. It's home to sell out queer events such as Magic Dyke, Goblin Hole, and LGBTnightlife alongside many others!

The Rockwell Theater
Located just steps away from The Davis Square T station, it is one stop from the red line’s Alewife terminus. Formerly the Davis Square Theatre and Jimmy Tingle’s Off Broadway, the basement-level theater resembles a black box theater and features a full bar and shows ranges from children’s to burlesque. Accommodating up to 200 people, it is an intimate space that plays host to over 300 performances annually.
Right in the heart of Davis Square, this exclusive-feeling, speakeasy-esque downstairs immersive theater is full of secrets and intrigue. Be warned, because it is connected to a bar this venue is only 21+. Additionally, it has a small front entrance and is easily overlooked by newcomers! Walk down the stairs and veer right, then down the hall to walk into a world of enchantment and stripping.
