What is your gender (today) and your pronouns?
What led you to become a burlesque performer?
In 2009, my friend Ivy jumped off a box at Pulse nightclub and invited me to join her troupe. She invited me out to Southern Nights in Orlando to see her group "The Vixens." I went and I will always remember that night. Ivy, Vita Devoid, Frankie Markstone, and Spikey Van Dikey all performed. They did one song and then gogo danced the rest of the night. It literally changed my life. They are still my mentors. I have so much love and respect for them. I had to say 'YES.' I performed the next week and I have been performing ever since.
What is the first burlesque show you saw?

What I love most about performing is the other performers. I love being inspired by my friends and working on grow as a performer. I don't want to be a good as I was last year. I love that everyone I interact with gives me a new perspective, idea or spark
Why do you think Burlesque Boston is important? Tell us about the community!
I feel welcome in the Burlesque Boston scene. Burlesque Boston is truly a community. Everyone I have met out here is supportive. There are many opportunities to support on all levels. Back stage, kitten, on stage and development wise. I have been able to grow up here in Massachusetts and a big part of my growth in the past year is from being in Boston so much and having opportunities to do things that, have me collaborating with different groups and performers.
What's a fun fact about you that people might not know?
I can cluck like a chicken. Like a Muppet chicken. Yes, I said Muppet.
What is your personal favorite performance?
Burlesque- Uhura~a~GoGo. I performed it the best on night one of The Final Frontease: A Burlesque Tribute to Star Trek earlier this year. Night one was really awesome. When I took off my bra and threw it backwards, it went in the Oberon "O" on stage. Perfect goal. Non burlesque- Tiana's showboat Jubilee at Magic Kingdom, Walt Disney World. We performed it for a short season. There was a live Jazz band and we had pin curl wigs and I got to use my Charleston/swing dance skills.
